About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of our security platform with a strong focus on Zero Trust and micro-segmentation adoption. This role is about turning complex security principles into practical, guided experiences that enterprise customers can confidently deploy and scale.

You will work closely with Engineering, Security Architecture, Data/AI teams, Customer Success, and field teams to design secure, scalable, and easy-to-adopt security workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy for Zero Trust and micro-segmentation adoption across the security platform
• Design guided security workflows that enable safe, incremental policy rollout without disrupting production
• Define assisted and conversational experiences that help customers understand, test, and update security policies
• Partner with engineering and data teams to turn usage insights into actionable security guidance
• Drive integrations with identity, ITSM, and enterprise systems
• Create lightweight prototypes and workflows to validate ideas early
• Contribute to the broader security roadmap including identity, device security, and compliance

What Were Looking For

Required

• 8+ years of product management experience, ideally in security or enterprise infrastructure
• Strong knowledge of Zero Trust, micro-segmentation, NAC, ZTNA, SASE/SSE, and identity-based access models
• Experience translating complex security concepts into customer-friendly product experiences
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Preferred

• Experience with SaaS, NaaS, networking, cloud, or infrastructure platforms
• Familiarity with ITSM, IGA, or security orchestration tools
• Exposure to AI-assisted product workflows or analytics
• MBA or equivalent business experience (nice to have)
