Location: Bengaluru
Work Model: 4 days per week work from office (non-negotiable)
Compensation: Up to 50 LPA

Solutioner has been engaged to identify a Senior Product Manager for an enterprise, product-driven technology organization. This role owns key product areas within a complex platform and works closely with Engineering, Design, and Business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-impact outcomes.
The role requires strong product judgment, executive-level articulation , and the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-evolving environments .
- Own end-to-end product lifecycle for assigned enterprise product areas
- Translate business and customer needs into clear product requirements and roadmaps
- Partner closely with Engineering to manage demand, prioritization, and delivery
- Drive growth, adoption, or scale challenges through product-led solutions
- Use data and insights to guide decisions and measure impact
- Communicate product direction clearly to senior stakeholders
- 614 years of Product Management experience (enterprise / B2B preferred)
- Proven experience working on complex platforms or large-scale products
- Strong collaboration with engineering teams and cross-functional stakeholders
- Executive presence and clarity of communication is mandatory
- Education from top-tier institutes only (full-time programs; no distance education)
- Bengaluru-based and comfortable with 4 days per week in office
