What you will do

Own key product KPIs and metrics and drive the product roadmap

Develop and implement product strategies consistent with company vision

Analyze the feedback that you collect from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and end products

Lead 2-3 product managers and coordinate cross-functional teams

Produce and review product requirements documents (PRD)

Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule

Initiate creative recommendations to expand product base and vision

Spearhead discussions with business team and partners to understand challenges

Evaluate product enhancements needed for international markets by doing benchmarking and discussions with International team

Sync with design and engineering on quarter roadmap

You should apply, if you

Are a seasoned veteran: Possess core product experience 5-6 years. This includes experience in owning product metrics/ business KPIs in the past.

Got the right degrees: Possessing an Engineering background is a must. Candidates whove completed MBA will be preferred!

Know all our toys: Should understand basic multimedia, APIs as well as have a basic understanding of tools like JIRA, SQL (Needs to learn pre joining, if thats not the case)

Are a social butterfly: Has demonstrated Good communication and interpersonal skills in the past.
