As our Senior Product Manager , you'll be at the helm of AssessPrep's product strategy, driving the creation of intuitive, impactful solutions for educators and students. Your responsibilities will include:

• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and execute the product roadmap, aligning with the companys vision and customer needs.
• Customer Insights: Engage with educators, administrators, and students to deeply understand their needs and pain points.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver impactful product features on time and within scope.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage data and analytics to identify opportunities for product improvement and validate assumptions.
• Go-to-Market: Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for successful product launches and updates, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Continuous Improvement: Monitor product performance and gather feedback to iterate and enhance features.

• Conduct user interviews with K-12 educators to gather product feedback.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to prioritize and refine upcoming sprint tasks.
• Review analytics data to measure feature adoption and identify areas for improvement.
• Lead a brainstorming session with the design team to enhance the user experience.
• Present the product roadmap to the leadership team, incorporating insights from market trends and customer feedback.
