As a Senior Product Manager Analyst, you'll be instrumental in detecting and analyzing the latest regulatory updates, while also exploring groundbreaking technologies within the FinTech industry.
In this role, you'll utilize your expertise in financial regulatory reporting and business analysis to ensure meticulous attention to detail and deliver high quality regulatory analysis and keep our key stakeholders informed with the latest regulatory news.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Actively monitor a set of regulators and updates across European, Middle East and Africa
- Ensure that no regulatory update is missed that is applicable to our organization offering scope
- Analyze all regulatory and financial information identified as required by our organization
- Create, monitor and update JIRAs related to tasks raised by the team
- Work with sales/pre-sales teams to review scope of client requests and provide feedback on coverage and potential coverage of required scope of opportunities
- Update and send a weekly regulatory newsletter to internal and external stakeholders
- Escalate any issues or missed regulatory updates to team lead as required
- Contribute in automation and AI implementation projects
Requirements:
- Experience delivering against a planned set of tasks while being able to adapt to changing priorities as well as questions from the wider organization
- Strong knowledge and practical first-hand experience regulatory reporting rules in any jurisdiction.
- Robust organizational skills and attention to detail
- Solid experience working as a business analyst in financial services
- Ability to interpret complex regulatory publications and write key requirements into JIRA system tickets
- Collaboration and communication aptitude necessary to work efficiently with all internal stakeholders
- Self-motivated attitude that allows the candidate to map out their own optimal path to achieve the goals articulated above whilst managing deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in one of the following majors desirable: Accounting, Finance, Economics, Science, Mathematics or other aligned business and technology aligned subject matters
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly MS Word, and MS Excel
- Ability to work under pressure, conduct tasks accurately, communicate and manage stakeholder expectations, and maintain a high degree of professionalism.
Great Additional, nice to have
- Ability to speak or read in another European language
- Existing relationship with banks and/or regulators within the EMEA region
