Senior Product Manager

Were looking for a Strategy & Product leader who can think like a founder, operate like a Chief of Staff, and build like a Product Manager. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, B2C growth, and product execution, working closely with the business head and growth product head.

What youll do

• Own end-to-end B2C products across 01 and growth stages, with a sharp focus on acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention
• Drive company-level and product-level strategy using first-principles thinking; frame problems, define bets, and set success metrics
• Translate business goals into clear product roadmaps, experiments, and operating plans
• Lead cross-functional execution with design, engineering, data, and marketing teams
• Build strong intuition for consumer behavior, funnels, cohorts, and experimentation in a fintech / consumer context

What were looking for

• 6+ years of experience across product management, strategy, growth, or consulting roles
• Proven ownership of B2C growth-focused products with measurable impact
• Strong understanding of AI concepts and how to build in that space
• Prior experience as Chief of Staff / Strategy lead to a CXO or Founder strongly preferred
• Exceptional first-principles thinking, structured problem solving, and communication
• Ability to move seamlessly between strategy, execution, and stakeholder management
• Experience in fintech or regulated consumer businesses is a strong plus
