As a Product Designer at Adnova, youll own the end-to-end product experience, not just screens.

Core Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, high-performance UX for complex SaaS workflows (dashboards, analytics, creative tools)
• Translate vague ideas, product specs, and user pain points into clear user flows and UI
• Work closely with the founder, product, and engineering teams to ship fast
• Design for power users (performance marketers, creative strategists)
• Create and maintain design systems, components, and interaction patterns
• Improve usability of data-heavy interfaces (tables, charts, filters, comparisons)
• Participate in product discovery, wireframing, prototyping, and final UI
• Continuously refine UX based on real user feedback and usage patterns

Must Have Skills

• 38 years of experience designing B2B SaaS or data-heavy products
• Strong UX thinking you can explain why something should work a certain way
• Excellent visual design skills (layout, typography, spacing, hierarchy)
• Experience with Figma
• Ability to work in a fast-moving startup environment with imperfect specs
