Senior Product Designer

Key Responsibilities

Own key flows across the consumer app from wireframes to polished UI including discovery, navigation, offers, cart, checkout, and post-purchase journeys.

Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate business goals and customer needs into effective design solutions.

Conduct primary and secondary research to understand user behavior, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.

Create wireframes, user journeys, prototypes, and final visuals for new features and optimizations.

Help define and contribute to a consistent design language system and maintain visual coherence across the product.

Run usability tests, gather feedback, and iterate quickly based on learnings.

Work closely with engineering to ensure smooth implementation and pixel

Use metrics and analytics tools (e.g., GA, CleverTap, Mixpanel) to validate design decisions and identify further optimization opportunities.

Required Skills & Experience

58 years of professional experience in UX/UI design for mobile apps, ideally in e-commerce or consumer tech.

Strong portfolio showcasing interaction design, visual design, and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in Figma (preferred) and other design/prototyping tools.

Familiarity with app usability patterns, responsive design, and mobile-first thinking.

Strong communication skills ability to present ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Exposure to working with design tokens, component libraries, and design systems.

Bonus: Comfort with tools like GA, Appsflyer, CleverTap, or Hotjar to guide decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Design, HCI, Fine Arts, Engineering, or related field.

Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Familiarity with front-end development constraints and how designs get translated into code (not mandatory to code).
