Senior Product Designer

We are hiring for Senior Product Designer

JD:

1. Roles & Responsibilities

• Design enterprise software tools for humans to oversee and govern AI / virtual agents (humanintheloop systems)
• Partner closely with a senior fulltime product designer, product managers, and engineers
• Execute detailed design work while the senior designer focuses on system architecture
• Translate complex, informationdense workflows into clear, usable interfaces
• Design screens that help humans review AI decisions and provide structured feedback to AI agents

2. Tools & Technical Skills

MustHave

• Strong product design experience (UI/UX is acceptable in this context)
• Figma (design systems, screens, prototypes)
• Experience designing enterprise / internal tools rather than only consumer apps
• Familiarity with AI concepts, especially virtual agents, prompts, and AI decision workflows
• Experience with datadense applications and data visualization
• Knowledge of interaction design within complex systems
• Frontend exposure (e.g., React component libraries) as an added advantage, not mandatory

3. DaytoDay Tasks

• Create detailed screens, metadata layouts, and multiple UI states
• Build interactive prototypes to test workflows and gather internal user feedback
• Work on functional details, not just visual polish
• Collaborate daily with:
• Senior Product Designer
• Product Managers (3)
• Engineering team
• Iterate designs quickly to meet tight delivery timelines over the next few months

4. Managers Expectations

• Ability to execute independently and deliver highquality detailed design work
• Strong communication skills, especially during design reviews
• Comfort working on complex, informationheavy enterprise products
• Willingness to collaborate across time zones:
