Senior Product & Brand Systems Designer

OneRx is seeking a high-caliber Senior Product & Brand Systems Designer to lead the visual and functional evolution of our digital ecosystem. This is a remote-first role for a designer who sits at the intersection of creative branding and technical product design.

You will be the sole architect of the OneRx Brand Kit, responsible for translating our mission into a cohesive visual language. Beyond aesthetics, you will use Figma as your primary laboratory to build a scalable Design System that bridges the gap between our brand identity and our healthcare platforms user experience.

• Independent Brand Kit Delivery: Conceptualize and execute a comprehensive Brand Kit from scratch, including logo systems, typography, color theory (WCAG compliant), and brand voice guidelines.
• Figma Design System Architecture: Build and maintain a "Single Source of Truth" in Figma. You will develop complex component libraries using Auto-Layout, Variables, and Advanced Prototyping to ensure design-to-development parity.
• End-to-End UI/UX Design: Lead the design of intuitive, data-heavy interfaces for the Canadian pharmacy market, moving from low-fi wireframes to high-fidelity, interactive prototypes.
• Visual Strategy: Create high-impact graphic assets for marketing, pitch decks, and digital touchpoints that align strictly with the established Brand Kit.
• Cross-Functional Handoff: Manage the design-to-engineering pipeline, ensuring all Figma files are documented, organized, and ready for implementation.

• Expert-Level Figma Mastery (Essential): You must have deep technical knowledge of Figmas advanced features (Variables, Multi-edit, Component Properties, and Library Management).
• Proven Brand Portfolio: A track record of independently delivering professional Brand Kits/Style Guides for technology or healthcare sectors.
• Systems Thinking: The ability to see how a single brand color or font choice impacts an entire multi-page digital ecosystem.
• Healthcare/FinTech Experience: Experience designing for complex, regulated workflows is a significant advantage.
• Academic Background: Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field (or 5+ years of equivalent high-level agency/startup experience).
• Remote Autonomy: Proven ability to manage deadlines and deliver polished, executive-ready work without constant supervision.
