Senior Product Associate

• Collaborate with Design Teams, Business Partners and Product Owners to Design user experience, define detailed requirements, and deliver new product features
• Leverage understanding of Credit Risk and Loan Booking systems, CRMs and processes in order to extract insights from their data while identifying and recommending process enhancements to improve data quality and/or add data feed
• Helping to translate design into discrete and well-scoped initiatives that meet key business objectives
• Analyze business requirements and understanding relevant systems to draft user stories
• Assist in planning and managing the release schedule and milestones for software releases, ensuring smooth transitions in both UAT and production environments.
• Coordinate release activities across multiple teams, including testing and operations, to ensure seamless execution.
• Develop and maintain release management processes and documentation.
• Conduct release readiness reviews and perform regression testing before and after releases.
• Ensure adoption and achievement of business objectives through robust change management activities

• Formal training or certification on strategy, product management or transformation initiatives and 3+ years applied experience
• Technical skills to access complex data sources and solve problems, with hands-on expertise in business intelligence toolsets and database platforms; examples include SQL-like languages, Alteryx, QlikSense, Tableau, Python, etc., 
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills :

• Experience in software development, testing or release management.
