Our Definition of A Senior Producer / Slayer Of Bad Ideas!

This is a crucial leadership role responsible for creating and executing multiple Hindi micro-drama series clusters. The Senior Producer, Cluster Head will be accountable for managing the entire production lifecycle, ensuring creative excellence and commercial success, along with the management of a fairly large team of creative professionals.. This role reports directly to the Head of Content.

A Day In The Life of a Senior Producer @ Vertical TV !

Creative & Production Management

• Lead & Mentor a dedicated vertical team, including Junior Producers, Creative Associates, and Writers.
• Oversee the entire content pipeline, driving strategy from concept development, story pitching, and script finalization through to production and final delivery.
• Ensure creative alignment with Vertical TV's brand, audience needs, and commercial KPIs, utilizing data and insights to inform decisions.
• Manage production budgets, schedules, and resources for all assigned projects, ensuring a steady stream of high-quality content is delivered on time and within budget.
• Provide decisive, creative feedback and direction to elevate the quality and marketability of all micro dramas.
• Mitigate production risks and swiftly resolve challenges related to logistics, operations, and creative execution.
• Help create and expand a talent database that will give Vertical TV a competitive edge in the market.

What Will Compel Vertical TV to Choose You Over Others?

• 4+ years of experience in production, with a strong focus on fiction/drama content (e.g., OTT series, television serials).
• Demonstrated experience in high-volume content curation/development and managing large-scale, simultaneous projects.
• Proven leadership experience in managing and mentoring creative and production teams.
• Deep understanding of the vertical video format and the unique requirements for mobile-first storytelling is highly desirable.
• Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory, both written and verbal.
