Good working experience in managing Contractors/Suppliers/Partners; Work closely with ALL

Teams inside & outside Co; Friendly with People & Assertive on Business Result Requirements

Understand the domain of Architecture Construction Real Estate very well, to be able to serve

its material/resource/services requirements in line with the business plans

Proficient in using MS-Office, ERP & other specific software tools (project management,

procurement management systems) required for work

Documentation efficiency with working comfort in Tamil-English-Hindi language communication

Background in Engineering or Architecture is essential (mere MBA is NOT useful & PMC experience may not be appropriate here)

Customer Centric Mindfulness & Customer Support Orientation

Has proficiency in Reporting & Tracking/Monitoring various tasks

Works with Engineering, Design & Construction teams to mobilize necessary resources for their

business fulfilment/execution with adequate options

Has experience in managing project deadlines & execution emergencies in their portfolio of work
