Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Process Executive-CDM/PV with 2 to 6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have advanced Excel skills and a background in Pharmacovigilance and Safety Operations or Research and Development. This hybrid role requires rotational shifts and offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on our projects and society.
Responsibilities
Lead data management activities and ensure data integrity and accuracy in all processes.Oversee the collection processing and analysis of clinical data to support safety and efficacy evaluations.Provide advanced Excel expertise to streamline data analysis and reporting tasks.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.Monitor and report on project progress identifying and addressing any issues that arise.Ensure timely and accurate completion of all project deliverables.Support the development and implementation of new data management processes and tools.Conduct regular quality checks and audits to maintain high standards of data quality.Assist in the preparation of safety reports and other documentation required for regulatory submissions.Train and mentor junior team members on best practices and technical skills.Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and workflows.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and expectations.Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data management and pharmacovigilance.
Qualifications
Possess advanced Excel skills to manage and analyze complex datasets.Have experience in Pharmacovigilance and Safety Operations or Research and Development.Demonstrate strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.Show excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently.Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills.Be adaptable to rotational shifts and a hybrid work model.
