Customer Experience Roles: Customer Experience roles involve providing essential services to customers within the Maersk environment. Responsibilities include:

• Managing customer channels

• Handling case management

• Onboarding and managing customer relationships

• Managing contracts and resolving disputes

These roles focus on ensuring a positive customer journey and satisfaction.

Administrative Stream: Roles in the Administrative Stream provide crucial support through skilled technical, administrative, or operational tasks. Positions range from entry-level workers and technicians to experienced contributors with specialized knowledge.

At higher levels, individuals work independently, apply standards, and may deviate from established processes to solve problems. They handle tasks of limited complexity, exercising independent judgment within defined guidelines. Training and on-the-job experience within a specific discipline are key.

Candidates should possess knowledge of standardized work routines and methods, with the ability to escalate non-routine issues as needed.

Requirements: The role requires familiarity with job-specific tasks and basic business knowledge at the time of hiring.
