Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Process Executive for our B&L team with 2 to 4 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills in MS Office and MS Excel. Experience in Billing & Settlements and Account Management-Acquirer is a plus. The work model is hybrid with day shifts and no travel required.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth execution of processes within the B&L team.
  • Provide support in managing billing and settlements activities efficiently.
  • Utilize MS Office and MS Excel to analyze and report data accurately.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve any discrepancies in billing and settlements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all tasks.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
  • Monitor and track account management activities for acquirers.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Support the team in achieving key performance indicators and targets.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all processes.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering high-quality work.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess strong technical skills in MS Office and MS Excel.
  • Have experience in Billing & Settlements and Account Management-Acquirer is a plus.
  • Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exhibit strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Show proficiency in preparing financial reports and statements.
  • Display effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Have a proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.
  • Maintain a high level of compliance with company policies and procedures.

  • Certifications Required

    Certification in MS Office or MS Excel is required.
