Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Process Executive - HC with 2 to 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Advanced Excel UiPath and Customer Service with domain experience in Provider and Payer. This hybrid role requires night shifts and offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on our healthcare processes.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow in healthcare processes.
  • Utilize Advanced Excel to analyze and manage large datasets efficiently.
  • Implement and manage automation processes using UiPath to streamline operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to address and resolve client inquiries.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely processing of healthcare claims.
  • Monitor and evaluate process performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for all processes and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for team members on new tools and processes.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on process status and performance.
  • Support the team in troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues that arise.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the company by enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of healthcare processes.

  • Possess strong expertise in Advanced Excel for data analysis and management.
  • Have hands-on experience with UiPath for process automation.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills to handle client interactions.
  • Hold domain knowledge in Provider and Payer processes.
  • Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Show proficiency in creating and maintaining process documentation.
  • Display effective communication skills for stakeholder interactions.
  • Have a proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.
  • Be capable of conducting training sessions for team members.
  • Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Be willing to work night shifts as required.
