Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Process Executive - HC with 2 to 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in UiPath and Customer Service along with domain experience in Provider and Payer. This hybrid role requires night shifts and offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on our healthcare processes.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee the automation of processes using UiPath to enhance efficiency and accuracy in healthcare operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to address and resolve inquiries from providers and payers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve service delivery.
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and areas for improvement in healthcare processes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize provider and payer interactions.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards in all processes.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of automated processes to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of documentation for automated processes and customer service protocols.
  • Train and mentor junior team members on best practices in UiPath automation and customer service.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of healthcare operations.
  • Provide feedback to management on process improvements and customer service enhancements.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to address and resolve complex issues related to provider and payer processes.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in UiPath and healthcare operations.

  • Possess a strong understanding of UiPath and its application in automating healthcare processes.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills with a focus on provider and payer interactions.
  • Have a solid background in healthcare domain specifically in provider and payer processes.
  • Exhibit strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Show proficiency in developing and implementing process optimization strategies.
  • Display excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Have experience in training and mentoring team members on technical and customer service skills.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to continuous improvement and staying updated with industry trends.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model and night shifts.
