Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Process Executive - HC with 2 to 4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Provider Calling Accounts Receivables and Revenue Cycle Management. This role requires working from the office during night shifts. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health of our operations by managing receivables efficiently.
Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the accounts receivable process to ensure timely collection of payments.Conduct provider calls to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to accounts receivables.Ensure accurate and timely posting of payments to customer accounts.Monitor and analyze accounts receivable aging reports to identify overdue accounts.Implement strategies to reduce the number of overdue accounts and improve cash flow.Collaborate with the billing department to resolve any billing issues that may impact accounts receivables.Provide regular updates and reports on the status of accounts receivables to management.Utilize revenue cycle management techniques to optimize the financial performance of the organization.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to accounts receivables.Assist in the preparation of financial statements by providing accurate accounts receivable data.Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency of the accounts receivable process.Train and mentor junior staff members on best practices in accounts receivables and provider calling.Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions related to accounts receivables.
Qualifications
Possess a strong understanding of accounts receivable processes and best practices.Demonstrate expertise in provider calling and resolving accounts receivable issues.Have experience in revenue cycle management and its impact on financial performance.Exhibit excellent communication and negotiation skills.Show proficiency in using accounting software and tools.Display strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
