Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Process Executive - HC with 2 to 4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable and expertise in Provider Calling Accounts Receivables and Revenue Cycle Management. The candidate will work from our office during night shifts contributing to the efficiency and accuracy of our financial processes.
Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the accounts receivable process to ensure timely and accurate billing and collections.Conduct provider calls to resolve outstanding issues and ensure smooth communication.Monitor and analyze revenue cycle management to identify areas for improvement.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all financial transactions.Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.Provide regular reports on accounts receivable status and performance metrics.Address and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to billing and collections.Implement best practices in revenue cycle management to optimize financial outcomes.Assist in the development and implementation of new policies and procedures.Train and mentor junior staff on accounts receivable processes and best practices.Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress and address any challenges.Utilize technical skills to manage and improve accounts receivable software and tools.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.
Qualifications
