Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Process Executive - CHD with 2 to 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in MS Excel and a good understanding of social media marketing search campaign management (SEO/SEM) and email marketing. This role requires excellent English language skills and will be based in our office during day shifts.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and analyze large datasets using MS Excel to support various business processes.
  • Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to enhance brand presence.
  • Oversee search campaign management including SEO and SEM to drive website traffic and improve search engine rankings.
  • Execute email marketing campaigns to engage customers and promote products or services.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using relevant metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with industry regulations and best practices.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of marketing trends and technologies to stay competitive.
  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials and content for various channels.
  • Support the development and maintenance of customer databases for targeted marketing.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project success.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess strong technical skills in MS Excel for data management and analysis.
  • Have experience in social media marketing to enhance brand presence.

  • Be proficient in executing email marketing campaigns to engage customers.
  • Demonstrate excellent English language skills for effective communication.

    • Certifications Required

    Certification in MS Excel or Digital Marketing is preferred.
