Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Process Executive - CHD with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP Customer Service SAP FSM Master Data Management and SAP MDM Workflow. This hybrid role requires night shift availability and offers an opportunity to contribute significantly to our operations.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee SAP Customer Service processes to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide expert support in SAP FSM focusing on Master Data Management and MDM Validation.
  • Implement and maintain SAP MDM Workflow to enhance data accuracy and integrity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize customer service processes.
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues related to SAP Customer Service and SAP FSM.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for SAP processes and workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all SAP-related activities.
  • Conduct regular audits and validations to ensure data quality and consistency.
  • Train and mentor junior team members on SAP processes and best practices.
  • Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
  • Utilize domain knowledge in Yard Management-Operations Operations & Production Management and the Automotive Industry to drive process improvements.
  • Support the hybrid work model by effectively managing tasks both remotely and on-site.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess strong technical skills in SAP Customer Service SAP FSM Master Data Management and SAP MDM Workflow.
  • Demonstrate experience in MDM Validation and SAP MDM Workflow implementation.
  • Have domain knowledge in Yard Management-Operations Operations & Production Management and the Automotive Industry.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Show proficiency in managing and optimizing customer service processes.
  • Display strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Be adaptable to night shift work and hybrid work model requirements.
  • Have a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with industry trends.
  • Demonstrate the ability to train and mentor junior team members.
  • Maintain high standards of data quality and integrity.
  • Be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
