Job summary
Supports with managing HR TA queries and employee or candidate data change transactions for client employees. Develops a strong understanding of the client organization and responds appropriately to employee queries originating through multiple channels and updates employee records on workday
Responsibilities
Strong understanding of US recruitment process within workday such as Hire Onboarding BGV etc
Technical knowledge on the Workday recruitment and onboarding processes
Rectify and amend workday records for candidates
Mass upload of employee recruitment data on workday through upload templates
Testing of mass upload data and resolve technical issues while updating data
Manage and resolve recruitment and onboarding related queries and provide guidance on resolution of recruitment actions in workday
Managing Multiple Requisitions Ability to handle 20 plus requisitions simultaneously ensuring timely closure and maintaining quality standards.
Technical Recruitment Expertise Utilizing deep industry knowledge to source evaluate and hire professionals for technical roles including Software Engineers Product Managers and IT personnel.
Stakeholder Engagement Collaborating with hiring managers and leadership to understand the business technical hiring needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
Process Improvement Continuously improving recruitment strategies and processes ensuring alignment with industry best practices and organizational goals.
Utilize Technology Platforms Working proficiently with Workday Recruiting to streamline the recruitment lifecycle.
Meet SLA around Timeliness and Quality
Has good communication skills to be able to respond to employees queries through tickets chats
Follow SOP and detailed FAQaround the ASIS and ToBE benefits process
Follow compliance and quality guidelines to ensure correct information is provided for all queries.
Transfer to relevant leads onshore counterparts for all Tier 2 transactions as per the defined process
Escalate high priority cases for immediate intervention
Requirement
Experience and sound understanding of the HRO Talent Acquisition with minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in managing international recruitment
Workday HRM modules Recruiting and Onboarding
Graduate or MBA in Human Resources or equivalent
With overall 3 plus years of work experience.
Open to work in US night shifts
Certifications Required
Workday certification (preferred)
