Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Process Executive-P2P with 0 to 2 years of experience in Finance - Procure to Pay. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of P2P processes and will contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our financial operations. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and on-site with a focus on day shifts.
Responsibilities
BPO experience with a 2 to 4 years of Accounts & Finance experience.
Knowledge on Microsoft office applications

Oversee the end-to-end Procure to Pay (P2P) process to ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions.Provide support in managing vendor relationships and resolving any issues related to procurement and payments.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all P2P activities.Collaborate with internal teams to streamline P2P processes and improve overall efficiency.Monitor and analyze P2P metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to P2P activities.Support the implementation of new P2P systems and tools to enhance process automation.Conduct regular audits of P2P transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.Provide training and support to junior team members on P2P processes and best practices.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all P2P transactions.Work closely with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate month-end closing activities.Participate in cross-functional projects to improve overall financial operations.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on P2P objectives and priorities.
Qualifications
Possess a strong understanding of FinanceProcure to Pay processes.Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Exhibit strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.Show proficiency in using P2P systems and tools.Have good communication and interpersonal skills.Display the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Be adaptable and open to learning new processes and technologies.Experience in Merchandising Finance & Accounting is a plus.Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Demonstrate a proactive approach to identifying and solving issues.Show commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
