Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Process Executive with 4 to 6 years of experience in HealthCare Products Revenue Cycle Management and Accounts Receivables. The ideal candidate will work from our office during night shifts contributing to the efficiency and accuracy of our healthcare processes. This role does not require travel.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of revenue cycle management to ensure timely and accurate processing of accounts receivables.
  • Provide expertise in healthcare products to improve workflow and enhance service delivery.
  • Analyze and resolve complex billing issues to minimize revenue loss and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement best practices in revenue cycle management to optimize financial performance.
  • Train and mentor junior staff to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Utilize advanced software tools to manage and track accounts receivables.
  • Provide detailed reports and analysis to senior management to support decision-making.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance.
  • Work closely with the IT department to integrate new technologies and improve system efficiencies.

  • Must have experience in healthcare products to effectively manage and improve processes.
  • Must have expertise in revenue cycle management to ensure financial stability and compliance.
  • Must have experience in accounts receivables to accurately manage and track financial transactions.
  • Nice to have experience in advanced software tools for managing accounts receivables.
  • Nice to have strong analytical skills to identify and resolve complex billing issues.
  • Nice to have excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
