Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Process Executive for our B&L team with 4 to 6 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in MS Office and preferably domain experience in Financial Modeling & Valuation IB Research and Investment Banking Operations. The role follows a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel requirements.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth execution of processes within the B&L team.
  • Provide support in financial modeling and valuation tasks to enhance decision-making processes.
  • Conduct in-depth IB research to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
  • Assist in investment banking operations to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Utilize MS Office tools to create manage and analyze data effectively.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects and tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all processes and activities.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and gather requirements.
  • Support the development and implementation of new strategies and initiatives.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior team members to foster their growth.
  • Monitor performance metrics and report on key performance indicators.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess strong technical skills in MS Office to manage and analyze data efficiently.
  • Have experience in financial modeling and valuation to support decision-making.
  • Demonstrate knowledge in IB research to provide valuable insights.
  • Show proficiency in investment banking operations to streamline workflows.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders effectively.
  • Display strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Have the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Be capable of providing training and guidance to junior team members.
  • Possess the ability to monitor and report on performance metrics.
  • Show a commitment to compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

  • Certifications Required

    Certification in MS Office is mandatory. Certification in Financial Modeling & Valuation is a plus.
