Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Process Executive-R2R with 0 to 3 years of experience in Finance-Record to Report (GL). The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model during day shifts. Experience in Merchandising Finance & Accounting is a plus. The role involves managing financial records and ensuring accurate reporting contributing to the companys financial integrity and societal impact.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain accurate financial records to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.Oversee the preparation and review of general ledger entries to ensure accuracy and completeness.Provide support in the month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely financial reporting.Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and improve financial processes.Perform account reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial data.Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.Analyze financial data to identify trends and variances providing insights for decision-making.Ensure adherence to internal controls and company policies to maintain financial integrity.Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Utilize technical skills in Finance-Record to Report (GL) to streamline financial operations.Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding.Contribute to the overall success of the finance team by supporting various projects and initiatives.
Qualifications
Possess strong technical skills in Finance-Record to Report (GL) with a focus on accuracy and compliance.Have experience or knowledge in Merchandising Finance & Accounting which is considered a plus.Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address financial discrepancies.Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.Show proficiency in using financial software and tools to manage and report financial data.Display a commitment to continuous learning and improvement in financial processes.Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of financial records.
Certifications Required
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification in Finance or Accounting.
