Job Summary
As a Senior Process Executive in the B&L domain you will be responsible for managing and optimizing business processes to enhance operational efficiency. You will leverage your expertise in MS Excel to analyze data and generate insights. This hybrid role requires a minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 3 years of experience with a focus on Consumer Lending Cards & Payments being a plus. The position operates on a day shift with no travel required.
Responsibilities
Manage and optimize business processes to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.Utilize MS Excel to analyze data generate reports and provide actionable insights.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities.Develop and implement process documentation and standard operating procedures.Monitor and evaluate process performance using key performance indicators.Provide training and support to team members on process-related tasks and tools.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.Assist in the development and execution of process improvement initiatives.Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve process-related issues.Communicate process changes and updates to relevant stakeholders.Participate in process audits and assessments to ensure continuous improvement.Support the implementation of new technologies and tools to enhance process efficiency.Maintain accurate and up-to-date process documentation.
Qualifications
Possess a minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.Demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.Experience in Consumer Lending Cards & Payments is a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
