Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Process Executive - HC with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in MS Excel and Excel Services on SharePoint along with domain experience in Provider Data Cleansing and Provider Add/Update. This hybrid role involves rotational shifts and does not require travel.
Responsibilities
Oversee the data cleansing process to ensure accuracy and consistency in provider data.Manage provider add/update processes to maintain up-to-date and reliable information.Utilize MS Excel and Excel Services on SharePoint to analyze and manage data efficiently.Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve data discrepancies.Provide support in developing and implementing data management strategies.Ensure compliance with data governance policies and procedures.Generate reports and dashboards to monitor data quality and performance.Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and accuracy.Assist in the development of training materials and documentation for data management processes.Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their data requirements.Support the implementation of new data management tools and technologies.Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
Qualifications
Possess strong technical skills in MS Excel and Excel Services on SharePoint.Demonstrate expertise in provider data cleansing and provider add/update processes.Have excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills.Show proficiency in data management and governance practices.Display the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model with rotational shifts.Have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
