Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Process Executive for our B&L team with 6 to 7 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in MS Excel and preferably domain experience in Consumer Lending Cards & Payments. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can manage day-to-day operations efficiently during day shifts.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations and ensure all processes are executed efficiently and accurately.Provide expert-level support in MS Excel to analyze and interpret data for business insights.Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all tasks.Develop and maintain detailed documentation of processes and procedures.Monitor key performance indicators and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.Assist in the development and implementation of new strategies to enhance operational performance.Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and accuracy.Facilitate communication between different departments to ensure smooth workflow.Provide training and support to junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.Participate in meetings and provide updates on project status and performance metrics.Utilize domain knowledge in Consumer Lending Cards & Payments to provide valuable insights and recommendations.Contribute to the companys mission by ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Possess strong technical skills in MS Excel with the ability to perform complex data analysis.Have a minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role with a maximum of 7 years.Demonstrate domain knowledge in Consumer Lending Cards & Payments is a plus.Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Show proficiency in developing and maintaining process documentation.Display strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.Have a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.Demonstrate the ability to train and mentor junior team members.Possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Show commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.Be able to work independently and as part of a team.Exhibit a strong understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
