Responsibilities
Oversee daily business operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.Provide support in managing and executing business processes.Utilize MS Office tools to create manage and analyze reports.Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflow and communication.Monitor and evaluate business processes to identify areas for improvement.Implement changes and endorsements as required to maintain process integrity.Handle renewals and ensure timely processing of all related documentation.Maintain accurate records and documentation for all business operations.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.Assist in training and mentoring junior team members.Participate in rotational shifts to provide continuous support.Contribute to the companys purpose by enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Possess a strong background in Business Operations with 2 to 5 years of experience.Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office including Word Excel and PowerPoint.Exhibit excellent English language skills both written and spoken.Experience in handling changes and endorsements is highly desirable.Familiarity with renewals processes is a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model with rotational shifts.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation is crucial.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational and time management skills are necessary.Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.Demonstrate a proactive approach to identifying and solving operational issues.
Certifications Required
Certified Business Operations Professional (CBOP) or equivalent certification is preferred.
