Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Process Executive - P&C with 1 to 3 years of experience in Customer Service and domain expertise in Property & Casualty Insurance. Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding Property & Casualty Insurance policies.Conduct thorough claim investigations to ensure all necessary documentation and evidence are collected.Process claims efficiently while adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.Collaborate with team members to resolve complex claims and provide exceptional customer service.Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.Utilize domain knowledge to identify and mitigate potential risks in claim processing.Ensure compliance with industry standards and company guidelines.Provide feedback to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.Assist in training new team members on best practices and procedures.Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Adapt to rotational shifts and maintain a high level of productivity.Utilize technical skills to navigate customer service platforms and databases.Communicate effectively with customers team members and management.
Qualifications

Certifications Required
