Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Process Executive for our B&L team with 2 to 4 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in MS Excel and preferably domain experience in Escrow Administration and Loan Administration. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient process execution and contributing to the companys overall success.
Responsibilities
Lead the execution of daily processes to ensure operational efficiency.Oversee the accurate and timely completion of tasks related to B&L.Provide expert-level support in MS Excel to analyze and interpret data.Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and improve productivity.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.Monitor process performance and implement improvements as needed.Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management review.Assist in the training and development of junior team members.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to resolve issues and provide updates.Utilize domain knowledge in Escrow Administration to enhance process quality.Apply Loan Administration expertise to manage and optimize relevant tasks.Contribute to the development of best practices and standard operating procedures.Support cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive business goals.

Possess strong technical skills in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.Demonstrate experience in Escrow Administration and Loan Administration.Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Show ability to work independently and as part of a team.Display strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.Have a keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.Be adaptable and open to learning new skills and technologies.Hold a bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.Preferably have certifications in relevant technical or domain areas.Show a proactive approach to identifying and addressing process inefficiencies.Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Exhibit a strong understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements.Be committed to continuous improvement and professional development.
