Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Process Executive with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our team in the Property and Casualty Insurance domain. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in MS Office and preferably experience in Auto Claims. This hybrid role requires working night shifts and does not involve travel.
Responsibilities
Manage and process insurance claims efficiently to ensure timely resolutionAnalyze and verify claim documents for accuracy and completenessCoordinate with clients and stakeholders to gather necessary information for claims processingUtilize MS Office tools to maintain and update claim records accuratelyProvide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptlyCollaborate with team members to improve process efficiency and effectivenessEnsure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all claim handling activitiesIdentify and report any discrepancies or fraudulent activities in claims processingAssist in the preparation of reports and documentation for internal and external auditsParticipate in training sessions to stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practicesSupport the team in achieving performance targets and meeting service level agreementsContribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance overall operational efficiencyMaintain confidentiality and security of sensitive client information.
Qualifications
Possess strong technical skills in MS Office including Excel Word and PowerPointHave experience in Property and Casualty Insurance with a focus on Auto Claims being a plusDemonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExhibit strong communication and interpersonal skillsShow attention to detail and accuracy in all tasksBe able to work effectively in a hybrid work model and night shifts
Certifications Required
Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) or equivalent certification preferred.
