Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Process Executive for our B&L team with 5 to 6 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills in MS Excel and a background in Consumer Lending Cards & Payments. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can manage day-to-day operations efficiently and contribute to the teams success.
Responsibilities
Manage and oversee daily operations related to process execution in the B&L teamUtilize advanced MS Excel skills to analyze data generate reports and provide insightsEnsure all processes are compliant with company policies and industry regulationsCollaborate with team members to identify process improvements and implement solutionsProvide support and training to junior team members on process execution and MS Excel usageCoordinate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and data accuracyMonitor process performance and report any discrepancies or issues to the managementDevelop and maintain documentation for all processes and proceduresAssist in the development and implementation of new processes and systemsConduct regular audits to ensure process integrity and complianceParticipate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning and decision-makingStay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance process efficiencyCommunicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency
Qualifications
