Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Process Executive - HC with 2 to 4 years of experience in Clinical Coding Medical Coding Revenue Cycle Management and Provider domains. The candidate will work from our office during day shifts contributing to the efficiency and accuracy of our healthcare processes. This role does not require travel.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee the clinical coding process to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Provide expertise in medical coding to support the revenue cycle management team.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure accurate and timely coding of medical records.
  • Analyze and interpret clinical documentation to assign appropriate codes.
  • Ensure all coding is completed in accordance with established guidelines and standards.
  • Monitor and review coding work for accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of coding policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify and correct coding errors.
  • Provide training and support to junior coding staff.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of coding regulations and industry best practices.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance coding processes.
  • Communicate effectively with healthcare providers and other stakeholders to resolve coding issues.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the revenue cycle management process.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong understanding of clinical coding principles and practices.
  • Have experience in medical coding and revenue cycle management.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in interpreting and coding clinical documentation.
  • Show ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare providers.
  • Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
  • Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be detail-oriented and able to work independently.
  • Have a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Possess a certification in clinical coding such as CPC or CCS.
  • Be proficient in using coding software and tools.
  • Show ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to accuracy and quality in coding work.

    Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or Certified Coding Specialist (CCS)
