Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Process Executive - HC with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in MS Excel and domain expertise in Medical Coding and Provider. This role requires working from the office during night shifts. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our healthcare processes.
Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of medical coding and provider processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.Provide expert knowledge in MS Excel to analyze and manage large datasets effectively.Ensure that all medical coding is performed accurately and in accordance with industry standards.Collaborate with healthcare providers to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to coding.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical coding standards and regulations.Conduct regular audits to ensure the integrity and accuracy of coding processes.Train and mentor junior staff members on best practices in medical coding and data management.Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Generate detailed reports and presentations using MS Excel to communicate findings and recommendations.Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless integration of coding processes.Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track the effectiveness of coding operations.Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise in the coding process promptly.Ensure that all documentation is complete accurate and up-to-date.
Qualifications
Possess strong technical skills in MS Excel for data analysis and management.Have domain expertise in Medical Coding and Provider processes.Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and accuracy in coding tasks.Show proficiency in conducting audits and ensuring compliance with industry standards.Exhibit strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with healthcare providers.Display the ability to train and mentor junior staff members.Have a proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.Be capable of generating detailed reports and presentations using MS Excel.Show the ability to monitor and report on key performance indicators.Possess problem-solving skills to address and resolve coding issues promptly.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical coding standards and regulations.Demonstrate the ability to work effectively during night shifts.Ensure all documentation is complete accurate and up-to-date.
Certifications Required
Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) is required.
