Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Process Executive - HC with 2 to 4 years of experience in Clinical Coding Medical Coding and Revenue Cycle Management. The ideal candidate will work from our office during day shifts contributing to the accuracy and efficiency of our healthcare processes. This role does not require travel.


Responsibilities

  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of clinical coding to maintain compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Oversee the medical coding process to ensure all patient records are correctly coded for billing and reporting purposes.
  • Provide support in revenue cycle management by ensuring timely and accurate coding of medical records.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify diagnoses and procedures for accurate coding.
  • Conduct regular audits of coded data to identify and correct any discrepancies.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of coding guidelines and regulatory changes to ensure compliance.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of coding policies and procedures.
  • Train and mentor junior coding staff to ensure high standards of coding accuracy and efficiency.
  • Utilize coding software and tools to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of the coding process.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments to resolve coding-related issues.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the coding process and overall revenue cycle management.
  • Provide detailed reports on coding accuracy and compliance to management.
  • Ensure all coding activities are completed within the required timeframes to support timely billing and reimbursement.

  • Possess a strong understanding of clinical coding guidelines and regulations.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in medical coding and revenue cycle management.
  • Have excellent attention to detail and accuracy in coding.
