Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Process Executive-O2C with 2 to 4 years of experience in SAP Cash Application. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Order to Cash Accounts Receivable and Finance & Accounting. This role involves managing the end-to-end process of cash application and ensuring accurate financial records.


Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end process of cash application ensuring timely and accurate posting of payments.
  • Oversee the reconciliation of customer accounts to ensure all payments are correctly applied.
  • Provide support in resolving discrepancies related to cash application and customer payments.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial records and reporting.
  • Utilize SAP Cash Application to streamline and automate the cash application process.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators related to cash application and accounts receivable.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all cash application activities.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly quarterly and annual financial reports.
  • Support the continuous improvement of the cash application process through process optimization and automation.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve payment issues and discrepancies.
  • Provide training and support to junior team members on cash application processes and systems.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects to improve overall financial operations and efficiency.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to cash application and accounts receivable.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong understanding of SAP Cash Application and its functionalities.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Order to Cash Accounts Receivable and Finance & Accounting.
  • Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Show proficiency in financial reporting and reconciliation processes.
  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Display the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Be adaptable to changing business needs and priorities.
  • Show commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

    • Certifications Required

    Certified Accounts Receivable Professional (CARP) or equivalent.
