Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Process Executive for our B&L team with 2 to 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills in MS Excel and preferably domain experience in Consumer Lending Cards & Payments. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can work effectively in a day shift without the need for travel.
Responsibilities
Manage and execute daily operational tasks with precision and efficiency.Utilize MS Excel to analyze data generate reports and provide insights.Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless process execution and adherence to timelines.Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions to enhance productivity.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all tasks.Provide support and guidance to junior team members as needed.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliverables.Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement.Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity.Assist in the development and documentation of standard operating procedures.Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning discussions.Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
Qualifications
Possess strong technical skills in MS Excel including advanced functions and data analysis capabilities.Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role with a maximum of 3 years.Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.Show attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.Preferably have domain experience in Consumer Lending Cards & Payments.Be adaptable to a hybrid work model and comfortable with a day shift schedule.
