Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Process Executive-P2P with 2 to 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in MS Excel and a background in reporting and accounts payable. This role involves managing end-to-end P2P processes ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions and contributing to the overall success of the finance department.
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.Oversee invoice processing purchase order management and vendor payments to maintain smooth operations.Provide support in resolving discrepancies and issues related to accounts payable to ensure compliance with company policies.Utilize MS Excel to analyze financial data generate reports and provide insights for decision-making.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency in the P2P cycle.Ensure adherence to internal controls and compliance with regulatory requirements in all financial transactions.Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities to ensure accurate financial reporting.Monitor and manage vendor relationships to ensure timely payments and address any concerns.Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance the overall efficiency of the finance department.Provide training and support to junior team members to ensure consistent performance and knowledge sharing.Participate in audits and provide necessary documentation to support audit requirements.Maintain accurate and organized records of all financial transactions and documentation.Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any issues and ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
Possess strong technical skills in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.Have experience in accounts payable processes and financial reporting.Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Show ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills.Display effective communication skills both written and verbal.Have a proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.
