Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Process Executive-Payroll with 2 to 5 years of experience in Workday (HCM) Payroll and Procure to Pay-Payroll Finance & Accounting. The candidate should possess strong English language skills in reading writing and speaking.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end Procure to Pay process to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
- Provide support in the implementation and maintenance of Workday (HCM) Payroll systems.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures in all payroll activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve payroll-related issues and discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of payroll transactions and ensure data integrity.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
- Generate and analyze payroll reports to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.
- Assist in the development and implementation of payroll-related training programs.
- Support the finance team in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Respond to payroll inquiries from employees and provide timely resolutions.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance payroll processes.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in all payroll activities.
- Stay updated with the latest payroll regulations and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in Workday (HCM) Payroll.
- Demonstrate expertise in Procure to Pay-Payroll Finance & Accounting.
- Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Show proficiency in English language skills in reading writing and speaking.
- Display excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Have the ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
