Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Process Executive - P&C with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in MS Office and preferably domain experience in Auto - Claims and Property & Casualty Insurance. This is a work-from-home position with night shifts and no travel required.
Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end processing of claims in the Property & Casualty Insurance domainEnsure accurate and timely processing of claims to meet client expectationsUtilize MS Office tools to manage and document claim processes efficientlyCollaborate with team members to resolve complex claim issuesProvide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concernsMaintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirementsGenerate and analyze reports to identify trends and areas for improvementAssist in the development and implementation of process improvementsConduct regular audits to ensure adherence to company policies and proceduresTrain and mentor junior team members on best practices and proceduresCommunicate effectively with internal and external stakeholdersParticipate in team meetings and contribute to the achievement of team goalsSupport the team in achieving overall business objectives and targets
Qualifications
Possess strong technical skills in MS Office including Excel Word and PowerPointHave experience in AutoClaims and Property & Casualty Insurance is a plusDemonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExhibit strong attention to detail and accuracy in workShow proficiency in managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlinesDisplay effective communication and interpersonal skillsHave the ability to work independently and as part of a teamBe adaptable to working night shifts and in a remote work environmentMaintain a high level of professionalism and confidentialityDemonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and improvementPossess a customer-centric approach and a positive attitudeShow willingness to take on additional responsibilities as neededHave a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
Certifications Required
Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) or equivalent certification preferred.
