Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Process Executive - HC with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in MS Word MS Office and MS Excel. Experience in Customer Service-Healthcare and Payer domains is a plus. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel requirements.
Responsibilities
Manage and process healthcare-related data using MS Word MS Office and MS Excel.Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entries and reports.Provide exceptional customer service to healthcare clients and payers.Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.Analyze data to identify trends and insights for better decision-making.Develop and maintain documentation for processes and procedures.Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for stakeholders.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data processing and customer inquiries.Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive healthcare information.Support team members in achieving project goals and deadlines.Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry best practices.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team.Communicate effectively with clients team members and management.
Qualifications
Proficiency in MS Word MS Office and MS Excel is required.Experience in Customer Service-Healthcare and Payer domains is a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
