Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Process Executive - HC with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Facets - Provider and domain skills in Provider Data Cleansing Provider Termination and Provider Add/Update. This is a hybrid role with night shifts and no travel requirements. Proficiency in English is essential.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the process of Provider Data Cleansing to ensure accuracy and consistency in the database.
  • Oversee the termination of providers in the system ensuring all related data is correctly updated.
  • Provide support in adding and updating provider information in the Facets system.
  • Ensure all provider data management tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve any data discrepancies.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices for provider data management.
  • Utilize technical skills in Facets to streamline and improve data management processes.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on data management goals.
  • Monitor and report on the status of provider data management tasks.
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure the integrity of provider data.
  • Participate in training and development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of data management processes.
  • Support the companys mission by ensuring accurate and reliable provider data.

    • Qualifications

  • Must have 3 to 5 years of experience in provider data management.
  • Must have technical expertise in Facets
  • Provider.
  • Must have domain skills in Provider Data Cleansing Provider Termination and Provider Add/Update.
  • Must be proficient in English (Native Speaker Read/Write Speak Novice).
  • Should have strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Should have the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Should be able to work night shifts.
  • Should have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Should be committed to maintaining high standards of data quality.
  • Should be proactive in identifying and addressing data issues.
  • Should be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Should have a strong understanding of industry standards and best practices.
  • Should be dedicated to continuous learning and improvement.
