What You Will Do:

• Develop detailed UAT test cases, scenarios, and test scripts based on business and functional requirements.
• Execute UAT test cases and record results, ensuring that all system functionalities meet the needs of end-users.
• Identify, document, and track defects and issues, ensure they are resolved in a timely manner.
• Communicate test progress, results, and issues clearly to project stakeholders.
• Participate in meetings to clarify testing requirements, defect statuses, and UAT sign-off criteria.
• Assist in the preparation of UAT reports and documentation for project teams and management.
• Assist in collaborating with business users, product owners, and subject matter experts to understand business requirements, functional specifications, and user needs.

What You Will Need:

• Degree holder.
• 6+ years of experience in UAT testing with experience in Insurance domain within the financial sector.
• 1 year as a Team Leader (on paper).
• Completed at least one performance appraisal cycle.
• Excellent Communication, & Strong interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the UAT testing and understanding of Insurance domain.
• Stakeholder and communication management.
• Critical thinking, attention to detail, and analytical skills.
• Overtime, Night shift and Weekend working depending on business requirement.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
  What Would Be Nice To Have:
• Additional certifications related to UAT testing can be beneficial.
