Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end management of client engagements, ensuring meticulous resource fulfilment in multi-vendor environment, scope, and budget definition, resource allocation, and escalation matrix.
Focus on maintenance, program optimization, profitability enhancement, and client retention.
Utilize a deep understanding of IT delivery frameworks and automation technologies (RPA, ML, AI, Workflow tools, ADM stacks, and broader platforms like Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Cloud environments) to propose and lead effective solution strategies tailored to client automation needs.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining a pulse on their needs and expectations.
Drive engagement strategies that reflect an acute awareness of business processes, organizational dynamics, and the competitive landscape.
Spearhead initiatives to augment the delivery team's capabilities. This includes conducting training, integrating automation solutions, and cultivating a culture of continuous improvement.
