Job Description
Responsibilities
• Develop reports using Microsoft Reporting Services (SSRS) from a variety of data sources including Analysis Services Cubes and relational databases.
• Developing new reports using existing data sources and models or creating entirely new data models from scratch
• Writing strong T-SQL code to query databases to retrieve data for analysis.
• Development of complex SQL Code (stored procedures, functions and views)
• Designing new reports from scratch or modifying existing templates to meet clients’ needs.
• Creating custom reports that display specific data in a format requested by client.
• Participating in meetings with clients to define business goals and objectives of reports.
• Analyzing data to identify trends or patterns that may impact business operations.
• Researching new data sources and methods to improve reporting capabilities.
• Presenting results in visual formats such as charts and graphs
• Unit Test and prepare for SSRS reports for deployment to production and non-production environments.
Support system and acceptance testing including the development or refinement of test plans.
