Senior Principal Consultant-Technical Architect

Lead all facets of architecture, design, development, upgrades, capacity planning, implementation and related activities of Enterprise Data Quality and Metadata solution, and large scale automation of related activities. 

Innovation driven mind-set; champion open-source technology adoption enabling modern data platform architecture 

Overall experience of around years working in data engineering, with a focus on designing and architecting data platforms and related engineering activities at a global financial services firm (Investment Banking or Capital Markets background preferred) 

years hands-on experience as technical / solution architect working on production grade projects 

Strong expertise in Core Java, Micro-Services (Spring Boot), Hibernate/JPA, caching framework like Gemfire, Redis etc. and experience with SQL, NoSQL (Mongo, MapR) databases 

Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Airflow 

Proficiency with working on cloud-based data platforms like AWS/Azure/GCP, Snowflake etc. 

In-depth knowledge of data modeling, data quality and data governance
