Job Description

Responsibilities

:
Solution Architecture & Design
Design and architect automation workflows using Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop Flows).
Define and implement best practices for workflow development, governance, and security.
Integrate Power Automate with Power Apps, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Azure, and third-party applications.
Optimize performance and scalability of automation solutions.
Development & Implementation
Lead the development, testing, and deployment of Power Automate solutions.
Build complex RPA solutions using Power Automate Desktop.
Develop and implement custom connectors, APIs, and AI Builder models.
Technical Leadership & Best Practices
Define automation frameworks, governance policies, and standards.
Mentor and guide developers, analysts, and business users in best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements.
Integration & Security
Ensure seamless integration with enterprise applications (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Dataverse, Azure Logic Apps).
Implement role-based access control (RBAC) and security compliance standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation workflows.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in designing and developing Power Automate solutions.
Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Dataverse).
Strong understanding of Cloud Flows, Desktop Flows (RPA), AI Builder, and Process Mining.
Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, and Microsoft Graph API.
Knowledge of Azure Logic Apps, Functions, and Cognitive Services.
Experience with SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and SQL databases.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Minimum Qualifications


Proven experience with one or more RPA technologies
Professional experience in programming (including scripting /coding), SQL and relational databases, and application development
Experience with Process Analysis, Design, and Implementation, Business and Technical requirements, Problem-Solving, and System(s) Testing, including UAT and Bug fixes
Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills
Ability to prioritize and manage Multiple Portfolios


Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (PL-600) certification.
Experience with Power Virtual Agents and Copilot Studio.
Prior experience in automation governance and Center of Excellence (CoE) setup.
Knowledge of AI-driven automation and chatbot integration.
